Need to exchange a wig i purchased

Wigtypes explained that they don't have an exchange policy but I could return the wig (minus a 20%) restocking fee and any monies will be returned to my account in 8 days. So I followed the return instructions and sent the wig back within 10 days and am now awaiting my return fee. As of now I've had no further notice of any delay and or problem with the return. I will be ordering other wigs from wigtype.

Price Matching

5 Days + and Wig Types will not answer phone nor respond to my emails. They have a recording which states you should not leave a message, followed by disconnect. They do not honor their Matching policy. I will reach out to Consumers with a formal complaint. My 7-day Matching eligibility has expired. I will reach out to social media. Zero Stars*!

If I could put zero stars I would. Their customer service sucks, they have auto messages that respond to you via email and say someone will contact you within 24 hrs.

Then you hear nothing. All I wanted to do was return something, I have bought things from this site a few times and now they will forever be on my *** list. I am telling my entire family to never buy from them again. Any of my hair stylist friends I am telling them too.

Companies should not be allowed to get away with this kind of poor service. I had to report them to the BBB just to get a actual response and they had the nerve to say they contacted me multiple times when I attached pictures of the auto responses I got and the fact that I tried to message them on social media.Don't buy from them!

Have not recieved refund on returned item

I sent back an unworn wig over a week ago and was within the time to return. To date, I haven't received my refund, so now they have the wig to re-sell and my money. The phone #s for customer service state their operating hours but no one picks up and there's no way to leave a message. This is the last time that I'm dealing with them.

They used a length of hair I did not order. Charged me for the lengths. Said they canceled it and have not put my $63.00 back on my credit card. I called 7 times bvb and no answer just a recording.

Well I let them know that I never received the package and the told me to contact UPS so I did and I had to file an claim which I did and about a week a days later I received an email saying that I was denied a refund and that the package was delivered when I was actually lock up the day they ''supposedly'' delivered it.

I placed an order and I never received it and whenever I guess the package did get shipped to my place it says it's been delivered but I never received it and eye contact the store to let them know that I never received my package and they said that they will get back back to me that everything's going to be taken care of but I never heard back from them and I'm constantly try to get ahold of them but seems like I can't

I will like a refund but I cant get in touch with them. UPS clearly lost my package. Its 2020 but their customer service seems to be from 1945. Its ridiculous. I want my money back.

If you return an item you're considered HIGH FRAUD and they will not allow you to place any orders again.

I have been ordering from this company for over 2 years. I live in an apartment complex, so I have my packages shipped to my sister's home.
My sister has been ordering wigs from this company for over 5 years.
I usually order synthetic wigs.

I finally ordered a 100% human hair wig. THIS WAS THE WORST WIG EVER!!!!! This wig was awful! It was tangled all the time, shedding all the time and just a complete headache!
I filed a complaint to receive my money back.

Well, I received my money back and thought I'd just stick with the synthetic wigs. When placing my order, I noticed that my money was refunded the next day.
I tried placing another order and the same thing happened. I sent an email asking why my money was being returned. I was informed that my account has been flagged as HIGH FRAUD!!!

WHAT??????? How am I am fraud????
My sister then tried to place an order and THE SAME THING HAPPENED to her.

Since I had been using her address, they are refusing her service.
This is so unprofessional and disrespectful on so many levels!!! My sister can no longer purchase wigs with this company because I returned a item.
PLEASE, don't EVER return an item if you like this site!

I ordered a wig from this site and was calling them to cancel it before it shipped out I finally found a way to contact them by email cause I purchased the wrong wig they tell me I have to pay a 20% restock fee and have to pay to get it shipped back which I think is *** I will never order from them again I don’t care how cheap they wigs are
