Wigstype took funds out of my account, never sent a tracking number, never sent the merchandise. I tried to call customer service and no one EVER picks up the voicemail basically says..do not bother leaving a message. I have notified my bank and i will be contacting BBB and a lawyer

To make a long story short I ordered a package I paid through PayPal I never received the package and so I tried calling with types no answer the live chat option on their website is false I tried emailing no answer I tried calling and emailing for a couple of days once I finally got through to someone I explain to them that I never got my package and I would be willing to pay for shipping for it to be sent back to me the person who answered the phone told me no when I ask for a refund they said I would have to go through PayPal and so that's what I did after a week to maybe two and a half weeks of Investigation PayPal decided that a refund was indeed necessary and because I did that the next time I try to order from wigtypes to give them a second chance they blacklisted me

Same here. I didn’t receive my package even though It said it was delivered and I informed them of that.

They told me to file a complaint on PayPal and to have ups investigate. They ended up delivering it to someone else and they brought it to me days later. And informed them once i receive my package.

Tried to order form them again and I was black listed. Poor customer service and I don’t recommend anyone shop with them.

Yes, they sent me the wrong wig and didn’t give me a refund so I disputed it with my credit card and they gave me my money back and I was blacklisted. Sorry customer service.

I NEVER write bad reviews...I actually never came accross such a company before let alone write a bad review.

I Bought 3 wigs on WigTypes.com and the total was $ 95.44. When I submitted the order, my card was declined HOWEVER the money was taken out of my account. First of all. What kind of company does that?

Next day, I called and emailed but no answer. Called the second day, a gentleman Julio answered telling me that the funds are on "pending hold" and that I need to wait 3 days. Called 2 days later, no answer. Called a week later and another gentleman told me that he cant help me and doesnt know what to tell me. What da *** ?!

This is 1 month later and still no money back on my card. My bank is telling me that the funds have been withdrawn so there is not much they can do.

Bottom line is I work very hard for my money and I wish I havent been so frugal that day I ordered on wigtypes.com, looking for the best deal. I should have ordered from a reliable company even though the items were more expensive.

WIG TYPES cheap prices and mediocre customer service is not worth such headache and hypertension. They are thieves.

Why don't you dispute the charge with your bank card if they haven't shipped you any merchandise.

Returns and Refunds

Do not order from this site. If your wig is returned you will be charged 20% and they will not pay you back for shipping. Just find a more reasonable beauty supply or even Amazon.

I called this company to find out why my order was declined. Not due to my bank but because this company could not get my address correct. I attempted to speak with a person by the name of Julio, that apparent does not know or been trained with the skills of customer service. This poor excuse told me I could not speak with the supervisor until after 1pm & to call back because they dont return calls. In what line of retail does this take place. Moreover he decided to drop the F bomb. These are the type of people you do not give a job dealing with the public if you want to make money

you will have to call the company and email providing your order number as long as you have your order number they should be able to give you information about the tracking number you can also contact UPS and if you give them the address that the order was supposed to be shipped to they can also help you a little bit with the tracking number also you want to check your bank statement to see if they actually charged you if they didn't charge you then it's possible that you might have been blacklisted like me or is just one of their simple mistakes

I purchase some weave on their website and later saw the same brand of weave on another website for cheaper than what they charged. I was told that they would price match but they don't give you what you are actually suppose to get You can never get anyone on the phone it just rings if you send an email they will respond but they do get smart and snappy. Not happy at All. They charge too much for shipping if its not over a certain amount. They really need to that individuals in place to take phone calls for complaints to .....

They are horrible and rude. They rip you off and I will never purchase anything with these crooks.

They don't deserve to be in business. When I requested to speak to the manager he hung up the phone on my face furthermore the manager was as bad as the rep. I cant believe these people are doing business and still in business. I ask to speak to the owner and he advised that he don't speak to people.

Well that is shame that these people are representing to company because it was unbelievable. The rep ask me if I need him to calculate for me.

Really I have a masters degree and work for law enforcement and he is a call taker. Be careful

Worst customer service EVER! Agent that answered the phone when asked to have a supervisor said '***'! Then Supervisor by the name of JAY. States he doesn't have a last name and his boss is the owner of the company MR KIM! My advise to anyone would be to find another source for placing orders. Never heard of a company holding money on your card if the transaction is declined!
